    • Has strong project management skills

  • Deans are teaching assistants that support faculty and youth with facilitating conversation and lessons for a cohort of Nashers. The ideal candidate is…

    • In their post-secondary life phase meaning that they have graduated from high school/completed GED program (i.e. student at a collegiate institution or trade school or in the workforce)

    • Has exposure to social justice and gender equity concepts through clubs, committees, advocacy, classes, etc.

    • Has a desire to explore a career in teaching, facilitation, youth development and/or gender and race equity work

    • Able to manage assigned tasks and communicate with supervisor 

  • Interns are students who are looking to deepen their experience within non-profit organizations. Interns typically…

    • Attend an educational institution at any level (high school, undergraduate or graduate)

    • Can devote at least 8 hours per week to volunteer work

    • Have or are curious about a career goal aligned with Sadie Nash values

  • Volunteers are community members who want to offer their skills and time to support the organization. Volunteers ideally…

    • Have engaged with Sadie Nash in some way (i.e. follow us on social media, participated in a program or event, referred young people to us, have some direct connection to someone involved in the organization)

    • Are committed to supporting the development of young people
